Main Menu and Settings – Desktop

CLIPKICK is available on desktop When you save media in any platform it will be available on all platforms. However, when it comes to settings and features, there are some only available on mobile (like lineup reordering) and some only available on the desktop web app, like monetization features including tipping, paywall, and affiliate programs. We recommend that you download the CLIPKICK mobile app for iPhone or Android, even if you primarily use our web app so you have access to all the features in settings.

In the desktop web app, the main menu is located on the top right corner of the My Clips page.

On the main menu, you will see:

Account

Here you can update your name, screen name, bio, website, and all your social media links. Social media links appear on your profile page or paywall. Profile pages can only be seen by registered users of CLIPKICK, but if you have a paywall set up the paywall description page and plans are available to the public. You can also update your email, phone, or change your password here.

Plan

Here you can see your current subscription plan, current usage for file storage, number of connections, and number of links saved and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan here.

Subscriptions

Here is where you see all the media you have subscribed to. You can access the media here by clicking on the image thumbnails. You can also manage your subscriptions, see you subscription billing history, tip creators, message creators, and cancel subscriptions here.

Tipping

You can activate tipping on your account to allow your connections to send you tips here. Just connect with our payment partner Stripe, and then the tipping icon will appear in your profile and next to your user profile name on your media. Your connections can leave you tips with their credit card. The tips will automatically be transferred to your bank account*. Learn more about tipping here.

Paywall

CLIPKICK paywall is great for selling digital episodic content, comedy specials, online training courses, digital images, beats, music, books, and on, and on. You can set up your paywall here by connecting with our payment partner Stripe. After you have set up your stripe account you will be able to set up your paywall here.  Add a description of you and what you are selling and upload a descriptive video to represent your paywall. Then you can start adding plans by clicking Add Plan, and filling in the information about your plans, including how much you want to charge and if it is a one-time charge or monthly subscription. Then you select the lineups (playlists) you want to associate with each plan. You can share your paywall link on social media or anywhere you like (clipkick.com/yourusername). People then subscribe to your plans, enter their payment information, and get an invitation to join CLIPKICK and connect with you to see the media you shared with them, privately and securely. Your earned revenue is automatically deposited in your bank account by Stripe*. You can also invite your connections to become affiliates here and decide what percentage of the business they bring with you to share with them. Learn more about CLIPKICK paywalls and affiliates here.

Affiliate Program

You can request to become an affiliate and make 5% of whatever any creator you bring to CLIPKICK makes from their paywall and tipping for one year, and then 2% forever after. After you accepted as an affiliate, you can set up your banking information with our payment partner Stipe, and anytime you invite someone and they register for CLIPKICK and set up a Paywall and/or tipping, you commission is paid to your bank account automatically. After you become an affiliate you can check your earnings here at anytime. You can learn more about our affiliate program here.
